The product is an automatic XY cutting machine, which is used to cut the flexible media rolls into sheets with a maximum thickness of 1.5mm. Using a CCD camera, It can read the cutting marks on the printed media, and immediately cut both vertically and horizontally. With the automatic deviation correction system, fully automatic cutting is realized.

Product Details

1.Standard machine, the maximum cutting material width: 1.5m, customized machine can be up to 1.56m. There are many materials the machine could deal with, such as: PVC photo paper, adhesives and other materials, all photo-type roll materials.

 

2.The machine adopts 750W AC servo motor inside the machine, and adopts domestic well-known brand Jiemeikang, which has long service life and strong power, which can ensure the feeding of heavy rolls.

 

3. Standard machine is equipped with 10 Y cutters. Customized machines, up to 25 can be added

4. Standard machine:Around 50m long material can be loaded.

If clients have 200 meters or 300 meters of material, inflatable shafts can be used, and thicken the thickness of the body, so,heavier materials can be placed. The height of the shaft is lower, it is convenient to discharge the material, and the maximum coil diameter of 41cm can be placed.

5.CCD camera,

Automatic correction system, make correction more accurate. The accuracy reaches 0.2mm, and the correction range: 3cm. The machine has high accuracy and low error rate, which greatly saves customers' materials.

6.For X cutters

We use self-sharpening cutter, two sets of four cutters. Can be adjusted: one-cutter cutting, or double-cutter cutting. The service life is greatly extended. The scissors-type self-sharpening cutter can cut all kinds of pictures, whether it is PP, photo material, or pvc ,pe materials, it can be cut perfectly.

7.Advanced color recognition system

More accurate color recognition, vertical line for Y cutting: black is recommended
